Implementation

We build it: servers, networking, identity, endpoints, and the security controls that tie them together.

Documentation

We document the environment as we build it, including your System Security Plan (SSP) and supporting policies and procedures.

Maintenance

We keep the systems current and working: updates, patching, backups, and changes as your needs grow.

Support

Help desk and day-to-day support for your staff, remote and on site, including device setup, software installs, and accounts.

IT planning

Regular meetings with your leadership team so your IT stays in step with the business.

How we work

• One flat monthly fee for our labor. That's the only thing we bill for.
• We join your organization and work within it, the same way in-house IT staff would.
• You buy hardware, software, and services directly, through your own purchasing process, and keep full control of your IT budget.

Compliance

We work with defense contractors that handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). We build and run environments designed to meet NIST SP 800-171 under DFARS 252.204-7012 and CMMC, and we maintain the documentation assessments rely on, including the System Security Plan (SSP).

We work inside your environment, on systems you own, so we don't add an outside service provider to your assessment scope.

We don't perform assessments or certify compliance.
